As the Holistic Nutrition Coach and Social Experience Curator at The Park, I design a broad range of social activities with the mission of bringing health and wellness to everyday life. Offering a variety of events, including financial literacy classes, trivia nights, wellness discussions and themed dinner parties, there is no shortage of exciting happenings at The Park. I take pride in curating events that foster a positive social environment and help to bring balance to our tenants and their employees’ daily lives. The events are meant to challenge participants’ physical, mental and spiritual strengths, in a fun and interactive atmosphere.
My passion for wellness began with holistic nutrition after the birth of my first daughter. In 2006, I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I earned my Certificate of Nutrition while simultaneously pursuing my spin credentials. I later pursued my NASM and Yoga certifications — all of which have given me the ability to lead fitness classes, meditation and other health services at The Park. I believe that education is critical to helping others pursue their health-related goals, so I’ve dedicated time to learning about holistic wellness. I follow a non-diet approach to food and weight loss and address other lifestyle areas that may support a client’s health journey. I also hold a Certificate of Nutrition from Columbia University.
My background enables me to support The Park’s vision by providing a holistic experience that prioritizes a culture of work-life balance. My role is made easy by the incredible on-campus amenities, including the walking trails, bike share program, state-of-the-art fitness center and nutritious farm-to-table culinary options. Through The Park’s array of lifestyle offerings, combined with my enthusiasm for health and wellness, I hope to create experiences that our tenants will look forward to before, during and after their workday.
