As the Holistic Nutrition Coach at The Park, my mission is to bring health and wellness into everyday life by guiding individuals toward sustainable, balanced living. My approach centers on educating and empowering others through fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle coaching that supports the whole person — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
My passion for wellness began with holistic nutrition after the birth of my first daughter. In 2006, I earned my Certificate in Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition while also pursuing my spin credentials. Since then, I’ve expanded my training to include certifications in NASM and yoga, allowing me to lead fitness classes, guided meditation, and other wellness-focused services at The Park. I also hold a Certificate of Nutrition from Columbia University.
I follow a non-diet approach to food and weight management and help clients explore other areas of their lives — including stress, movement, and mindset — that contribute to their overall well-being. Education plays a central role in my coaching, and I’m committed to helping others discover their own path to health in a supportive and practical way.
Through The Park’s on-campus wellness offerings — like walking trails, bike share, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and farm-to-table dining options — I’m able to complement my coaching with meaningful experiences that support work-life balance. My goal is to create opportunities for tenants and members to feel more energized, centered, and connected throughout their day.
